I'm working my first night shift since starting the juicing cleanse. And it sucks.
I was only able to get about an hour of sleep in before work, and the problem isn't that I'm tired. The problem is that I'm still up to think about how I can't eat. Instead of going to bed at 10 pm like every other night, I get to sit here and consider the pros and cons of not eating. But if I ate something, then I would have to start ALL over again.
Two WHOLE days never seemed like alot before, but I'm 1/5 of the way done!
It doesn't help that the person I'm training has been crunching these in my ear for the past 30 minutes...
